Terms & Conditions

1. WASPS & HORNETS - To remove all risk of harm, it is a strict condition that all persons and pet animals are excluded, during and after a wasp or hornet nest treatment. The area must remain excluded until all wasp or hornet activity has ceased. All windows and doors within the treatment areas must remain closed until all activity has ceased. When necessary, neighbouring properties will be notified the same.

2. RATS/MICE/SQUIRRELS & MOLES - To remove all risk of harm, it is a strict condition that all persons and pet animals are excluded from rodent, squirrel and mole treatments areas. All rat and mouse bait boxes, including any additional baiting points must not be touched. Fenn Traps must not be touched. Mole traps must not be touched.

3. In no event whatsoever will Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd be liable for the fatality or harm of any person or pet animal if, 'point 1 & 2' is contravened.

4. All wasp and hornet destruction is fully guaranteed, if, in the rare and highly unlikely event a wasp or hornet treatment is unsuccessful, an additional no quibble complimentary treatment will be carried out. This will carried out as a priority appointment.

5. During peak-times, the phrase 'same-day' is governed by availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd only accepts debit/credit cards or standing order as method of payment. We do not accept cash or cheque.

7. From time to time a professional accredited contractor may be required for such tasks as proofing, sewer and drain surveys, sewer and drain repairs.
Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd will not appoint any 3rd party contractor, therefore, Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the actions or quality of work of any contractor. If a contractor fails to identify or professionally proof vermin entry points, including drains and sewers, Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd cannot guarantee the success of its pest control work, in such circumstances our work remains chargeable.

8. In no event will Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

9. Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Essex and Herts Pest Control Ltd. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
