How public data is received;
1. Landline telephone, in the form of hand written information.
2. Landline telephone, in the form of voicemail messages.
3. Over the internet, in the form of digital online enquiry forms.
4. Mobile telephone, in the form of SMS messages.
We do not use public data for marketing purposes whatsoever, ‘in house’ nor is public data passed or sold to third parties. All public data collected by us is used for our accounting records and HMRC auditing purposes.
All public data not stored by us is deleted.

How public data is stored;
Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd store public data on a PC and on an external hard drive as a backup.
Our PC and external hard drive are locked in a secure location daily when not in use, ensuring, if in the unlikely event our premises are burgled or in the event of a fire, public data will remain safe and secure at all times.
The Essex & Herts Pest Control Ltd, data protection policy is in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (DDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
